The live page this replaced named the seller only as "the owners of this website" and bound the reader under the laws of the U.S. Neither was correct for a shop selling to customers in the United Kingdom, so both have been put right here.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by English law, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you keep the right to bring proceedings in your own courts.

Your statutory rights are unaffected by anything on this page. In particular the Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you the right to goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described, and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 give you 14 days from delivery to cancel an online purchase.

Ordering

An order placed on this site is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we dispatch the goods, and the contract is formed at that point. If we cannot fulfil an order we will tell you and refund it in full.

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. The price shown on the product page is the price charged at the checkout; delivery is shown separately before you pay.
