Where we deliver

Everywhere in the United Kingdom, including London, Birmingham, Manchester, Glasgow, Liverpool, Leeds, Sheffield, Edinburgh, Bristol, Leicester, Coventry, Cardiff, Belfast, Nottingham, Newcastle upon Tyne. We also deliver outside the United Kingdom.

What delivery costs

• Free across the United Kingdom on orders of £50 or more.
• £22 below that threshold.
• £22 outside the United Kingdom.

The threshold is applied at the checkout on the order value. You do not need to ask for it. Every price on this site includes VAT, so the figure on the product page is the figure you pay.

How long it takes

Allow 5 to 7 days in transit, on top of a 24 to 48 hour handling time while the order is picked and packed. Delivery times vary by location and a remote address sits at the longer end of that window.

Tracking

You get an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships, and you can follow it on the track your parcel page. We only receive the tracking code once the parcel has left, so there is nothing to send before then.

Items in the same order may be sent in separate packages. More than one tracking number is normal rather than a mistake.

If something goes wrong

Tracking that has not moved for more than one business day, a parcel that has not arrived, or a delivery marked complete that is not on your doorstep: email theteam@customersupport.care with your order number and we will chase the courier. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods that do not arrive within the agreed time, or within 30 days where no time was agreed, are our problem to fix.
