Baby Shop Company UK is run by a small team. There is no call centre script and no ticket queue: an email reaches the people who pick and pack the orders.

We answer seven days a week and aim to reply within one business day. Email theteam@customersupport.care with your order number and the email address you used at the checkout, and we can find the order straight away.
